That is not the company culture, that is a shitty situation with bad management. I've worked for walgreens for 18 years (I'm an RXOM) and I can tell you my staff and I are like family. I have always strived for that in my pharmacy and I have techs that drive over an hour PAST other walgreens because they would rather work in my environment.

To be in workflow and do RXOM duties will be challenging. Take the time when you can to check email and COMPASS daily. If you are slightly caught up take that time to do RXOM things.
