Occult Brawler is mostly used on clan boss and most clan boss comps want everyone to be in vamp gear (lifesteal +gs/wm is a better healer then anything you can bring). So eventualy you want to gear occult brawler to be in vamp gear + 170 speed (the speed of nm clan boss) +200 acc.
