Jeep wrangler overheating while driving.

My 2.4L is overheating when cruising down the highway at 55+mph. The gauge is normally straight up 210 or just a little more when driving around town in stop and go traffic. I know it's not the gauge because it blows antifreeze out of the overflow tank. I just had the water pump changed with the timing belt a few weeks ago.
