Any exotic armor piece that was released during year 4 (so it either has a beyond light, hunt, chosen, splicer, or lost watermark on it) has to be gotten from a lost sector first. You also need to own beyond light in order to get them. Once they're acquired from the lost sector, they are added to the world loot pool.
